TPAWU promotes (preferably) a productive agricultural sector with a work environment that focuses on the rights, services and best interests of workers.

TPAWU to be an attractive institution for members and other employees, capable of recognizing and claiming their rights; improvements in the working environment and legal systems; and, strengthening the capacity as well as the institutional sustainability of the Party.

The values and norms of TPAWU to be observed by elected leaders, executives, members and stakeholders who are not part of the Party - in the implementation of this Strategic Plan are:- (i) Sustainability.
